Ease
Ease is the invitation to stop assuming things must be hard. So many of us equate struggle with virtue. Asking for ease is simply refusing to make life harder than it needs to be.
Joy and glory
Joy is straightforward — more of what genuinely lightens you. 'Glory' is a slightly old-fashioned word here for the full, expansive, even exuberant experience of living. Together they point away from a grey, dutiful existence.

A phrase, not a demand
